A roughly 30-page marketing site for a real roofing business, built to rank in local search and turn visitors into booked jobs. Behind the form sits a validated contact-to-CRM pipeline that is rate-limited, spam-guarded, persisted to Postgres, and double-notified so no lead slips.
A reference database of roofing materials, products, manufacturers, suppliers, and permitting authorities where every fact traces back to a source. An 8-pass validation pipeline and Schema.org output generate 230 interlinked, search-optimized pages, live and indexed by Google.
The method behind everything on this page. I run my portfolio the way a good engineering org runs itself: inventory, triage, plan, build, verify. AI agents supply raw horsepower. The architecture, the judgment, and the standards are mine, and the products ship because of that combination.
